Pinkeye, also known as conjunctivitis, can be a painful condition. Caused by a variety of factors, including viruses, bacteria and toxins, pinkeye can cause redness of the eyes, pain, blurry vision, itching of the eye and more. Luckily, many cases of pinkeye benefit from home treatment.

If you've ever had a stye, you know how painful the condition can be. Caused by bacterial infections, styes generally form along the edge of the eyelid and look like tiny pimples. Styes can cause pain and swelling. They typically persist for a week.

I have a 6-year-old son who just found out he has to wear glasses. The only problem? He refuses to even pick out frames to wear. He says only nerds wear glasses!
